A lovely park with views of the River Mersey and Liverpool.
3 miles of pathways | Free Parking spaces - 2 disabled bays | Flat Walk possible | Gentle but long slopes | Wheelchair suitable path available to summit | Cafe - weekdays only | Toilet - Weekdays only
Warnings: 2 small sections too steep for wheelchair Over 7 degrees | Only one step free access point | No shelter from rain | open to wind on the summit.
Weather: In rain the paths become wet with puddles but generally mud free. One small section of mud on a bend. Not suitable for aids/wheelchairs in snow or ice, as ungritted.
4 by 4 Scooters and Wheelchairs: There are currently no gates which will limit your access. There are a few tight bends which will require caution in a larger vehicle.
Dogs: Great dog friendly park | not ideal for people with dog phobia as lots of dogs of leads.
Kids: No play park on site | plenty of non-muddy puddle walking in the rain.
